Micky Simon

Micky Simon is a Senior Associate with Alston and Bird, and represents institutional and entrepreneurial investment managers and private investment funds in all aspects of their business. He advises managers of private equity, private credit, hedge, hybrid funds, and fund of funds regarding the structure of their businesses and day-to-day operational, securities, corporate, and compliance issues.

Micky’s practice includes upper-tier and management company arrangements, and he advises investment managers with respect to regulatory and compliance issues. Additionally, Micky counsels sponsors and certain institutional investors in connection with primary investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions. Before practicing law, Micky was a senior associate in private equity at a Big Four accounting firm.
