An experienced leader in the financial services industry, Michelle has cross divisional expertise in banking and capital markets, asset management and wealth management at leading financial services firms. Currently, Michelle is Managing Director and Head of Business Development – Emerging & Diverse Asset Managers, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Previously, Michelle led the Alternative Investment Education initiative and provided strategic guidance to Financial Advisors and their clients on portfolio construction across private market investment strategies, including private equity, venture capital, private real estate, private credit and infrastructure.

Rupal Bhansali

Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager – Global Equities, Double Duty Money Management, LLC

Rupal serves as the CEO, CIO and Portfolio Manager of international and global equity strategies at Double Duty Money Management. She brings over 30 years of investment experience. She is a rare woman of color to have broken through the glass ceiling on Wall Street. She is the author of “Non-Consensus Investing” which describes her unconventional investment approach. She also serves on the Boards of several non-profits and the Investment Committee of the World War 2 Museum.

Gisele Everett

Managing Partner, G. S. EVERETT & CO., LLC

Gisele Everett is a seasoned private markets investor and advisor with over 25 years of experience across private equity, growth equity, and infrastructure. She has held senior leadership roles in institutional investing, with a track record of building and leading investment platforms, developing strategies, originating and executing transactions, driving value creation, overseeing capital allocation and rotation, and leading high-performing teams. In addition to being an investor, Gisele spent five years as an operating partner, gaining first-hand experience in translating investment theses into operational performance – a perspective that uniquely bridges investment strategy and execution. In 2024, Gisele founded G. S. Everett & Co., LLC to provide advisory and Board services to private markets investors and their portfolio companies.
